Camp fee is $350 for the first participant from each family
and $300 per subsequent participant from the same family. There
will be a $25 early bird registration refund per registrant if
the fee is paid before May 15. The refund will be given at the
camp. Fee includes food, stay , teaching and material for the
duration of the camp.
If the participant�s registration is cancelled before June 15,
then refund of the fee will be reduced by $25 per participant.
Refunds for cancellations made after June 15 will be reduced by
$50 per participant.
Those participants who will be flying to attend the camp are eligible for a travel grant, provided that the cost of the flight ticket is greater than $200. Those who qualify for the travel grant will receive a $100 refund of their camp fees. If you are interested in the travel grant, please check the box on the online registration form and send in the completed travel grant form together with the form mentioned in step 4 below.
4. Following payment, please sign and send the rules/regulations and authorization form, and travel grant form (if applicable) to the address in the contact us link (either by post or by efax). If your payment is by check, you can send these forms along with it. Registration is complete only upon receipt of payment and the forms. We will send you another email to let you know that the process is complete.
