isOpanishad verse 15

hiraNmayena pAtreNa satyasyApihitam mukham
tat tvam pUshan apAvRNu satya-dharmAya dRshTaye

'The face of truth is hidden by a disc of gold.O Pushan, unveil it so that those who love the truth, may see it.'

I believe the emphasis is on "unveiling knowledge" ..

apRvRNu iti padasya arthaH kaH ? spokensanskrit.de madhyE

अपवृणक्ति { अप- वृज् } apavRNakti { apa- vRj } ( verb 7 Par.) = turn away

satyamEva jayate : turith alone triumphs ..

source Mudaka Upanishad 3.1.6

सत्यमेव जयते नानृतं सत्येन पन्था विततो देवयानः |

येनाक्रमन्त्यृषयो ह्याप्तकामा यत्र तत् सत्यस्य परमं निधानम् ||

satyamEva jayatE naanritam satyEna panthA vitato devayanaH
yenaa kramantyaRushayo hyaasakaamaa yatra tat satyasya paramam nidhaanam

Only truth prevails, not untruth; by the path of truth is laid out, the Divine way, on which the sages of yore, fulfilled in their desires, attain the supreme treasure of Truth

rather easier ones

Nepal - jananii janmabhumishca svargaadapi gariiyasi

api svarnamayi lankaa na me lakShmaNa rochate/
jananii janmabhumishca svargaadapi gariiyasi//

This was said by Rama to Lakshamana after victory in Lanka .
Lakshaman, Even though(Api) Lanka is full of gold (Swarna Mayi),
it doesn't give me happiness (Na may Rochate).
Mother(janani) and motherland (Janmabhoomi) are much higher than
(Gareeyasi) heaven(Swarga).

------------
Goa (?!) - sarve bhadrani pashyantu mă-kaschit dukha-bhak bhavet

"Om sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu niră-maya-ah;
sarve bhadrani pashyantu mă-kaschit dukha-bhak bhavet

Om, shăntih, shăntih, shăntih."

"Oh Lord, may all [entire mankind] be happy; may all be healthy; may all experience prosperity; may none (in the world) suffer. May peace, peace, peace be unto us and all the beings of the world."

( Is it from Brihadaranyaka Upanishad ?)

"Nabha Sparsham Deeptam" - "Touch the Sky with Glory"

is the motto for Indian Air Force which will be completing 75 years of service on Oct 8, 2007 .

Anyone knows the source or was it "custom-made" Razz for IAF ?
